WHO WE ARE

The Antigua & Barbuda Gymnastics Federation is the governing body for gymnastics in Antigua & Barbuda. It gets this designation from the Antigua & Barbuda Ministry of Sport, Antigua and Barbuda Olympic Committee and the Federation Internationale de Gymnastique.

ABGF was established in 2019 with a commitment to the sport of gymnastics and its athletes with its highest priority being the safety and well being of its athletes.

​

In total the ABGF governs eight disciplines: Gymnastics for All, Men's Artistic Gymnastics, Women’s Artistic Gymnastics, Rhythmic Gymnastics, Trampoline - including Double Mini-trampoline and Tumbling, Aerobics, Acrobatics and Parkour.

ABGF sets the rules and policies that govern the sport of gymnastics in Antigua and Barbuda, including promoting and developing gymnastics on the grassroots and national levels, as well as a safe, empowered and positive training environment; selecting and training the Antigua and Barbuda Gymnastics Teams for the Olympics and World Championships; and serving as a resource centre for members, clubs, gymnasts and fans.
